Refund/Return Policy
At Iron Eagle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please note that certain items such as sale items or custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at ironeagle.wearr@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are only available for items of the same value and are subject to availability.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
